Jacqueline Stacy Ellis Chavez of Amarillo, Texas, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of Jane Ellis DeSpain and the late Marvin Ellis, was born April 23, 1971, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died, Sunday, August 13, 2017 in Amarillo. Age: 46 She is survived by her husband, Eddie Chavez of Amarillo, Texas; one daughter and two sons: Jazmyn Lopez and Joey Chavez of Amarillo and Nathan Davis and wife, Kristin of Campbellsville; her mother, Jane Ellis DeSpain and husband, Owen DeSpain of Campbellsville; one sister, Shannon Ellis Brady of Campbellsville; one niece, Christian Alexandria Perkins of Campbellsville.
