Karen Gail Sapp Fawcett

  Karen Gail Sapp Fawcett of Campbellsville, daughter of Margaret Rodgers Sapp and the late Samuel Sapp, was born August 5, 1956 in Taylor County, Kentucky.  She died at 12:34 P.M., Monday, January 14, 2019 in Elizabethtown.   Age: 62 She professed faith in Christ and attended New Journey Church. Karen was an employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville for eighteen years and more recently, was employed as an administrative assistant to the Director of Athletics at Campbellsville University for fourteen years. She was passionate about health and believed in the power of Jesus and His healing. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and time relaxing at the beach. She united in marriage to Bill Fawcett May 14, 1981. Besides her husband, Bill Fawcett, she is survived by one daughter, Lynde Landis and Richie Zuniga of Campbellsville; one step-son, Chad Fawcett and wife, Sharonda of Glasgow; three grandchildren: Will Landis and Knox Landis of Campbellsville and Zach Fawcett of Glasgow; her mother,  Margaret Sapp of Campbellsville; two brothers and one sister:  Steve Sapp of Campbellsville, Brad Sapp and wife, Sheryl of Hudgins and Jennifer Wethington and husband, Van of Bowling Green; her mother-in-law, Hazel Fawcett of Campbellsville and several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
