He died at 1:25 P.M., Thursday, May 8, 2014 in Louisville. He is survived by his parents, Andy and Brandy Cash Close; two brothers: Bryten Close and Hudsen Close of Campbellsville; maternal grandparents, Tim and Sandy Cash of Campbellsville; paternal grandparents, Mike and Marcie Close of Campbellsville; great-grandparents: David and Glenda Gupton and Ruby Hines of Campbellsville and Wanda Perkins of Lebanon and many other relatives and friends.
