Bertha Forrest of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Silas Tedder and Nettie Hamm Tedder, was born in Casey County, Kentucky, February 5, 1926. She died at 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 18, 2014 in Greensburg. Age: 88She professed faith in Christ and was of the Church of God faith.She united in marriage to Alfred P. Forrest March 19, 1948. He preceded her in death April 7, 2001.She is survived by two sons and one daughter: Preston Forrest and wife, Linda and Shirley Sapp and husband, Michael of Campbellsville and Lee Forrest of Orlando, Florida; four grandchildren: Matthew Forrest and wife, Lindsay of Campbellsville, Timmy Forrest and wife, Selina of Chicago, Jason Sapp of Campbellsville and Dr. Christy Sapp and husband, Matthew Harpold of Edgewood, Kentucky; three great-grandchildren: Gabriel Forrest, Aiden Forrest and Charlotte Harpold; three sisters and three brothers: Nannie Knifley of Campbellsville, Betty Jean Kilby and husband, Earl of Columbus, Indiana, Mary Ann Talbott of Madison, Indiana, Troy Tedder and wife, Beverly of Columbus, Indiana, Roy Tedder and wife, Laurene of Campbellsville and Jesse Tedder and wife, Janet of Columbus, Indiana; one brother-in-law, Herman Seaborne of Columbus, Indiana; special caregiver, Dean Hudgins of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by four sisters: Elma Rouse, Celestine Redmon, Dorothy Seaborne and Nora Jewell.
