Ann “Sissy” Ball, of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Walker Durham and Anna Evelyn Simms Durham, was born May 10, 1936 in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 8:40 P.M., Wednesday, March 4, 2026 in Campbellsville. Age: 89
Ann had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
She united in marriage to William Garland Ball, Sr. and he preceded her in death April 3, 2005.
Ann is survived by one son and four daughters: William Garland “Dubby” Ball, Jr., Carrie Lynn Ball, Michelle “Shay” Phillips and husband, Mike, Sarah Lallie Davis and husband, Jeff and Ann Simms Rodgers and husband, Ricky of Campbellsville; special grandson, Trey Ball and wife, April; special great-grandson and great-granddaughter, Hayden Ball and Madison Ball; several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers: Thomas Milton Durham and John Shelly Durham; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Ann was also preceded in death by two brothers and one daughter: W. W. Durham, C. J. Durham and Mary Kevin Ball.
