Barry Lawson

Barry Lawson of Elk Horn, son of Glenda Lou Parsons Lawson and the late Kenneth Corbitt Lawson, was born November 13, 1959 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 2:30 P.M., Sunday, March 1, 2026 in Elk Horn. Age: 66

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Asbury Methodist Church.

Barry united in marriage to Mary Hendrickson October 6, 1984.

He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and Bowling Green after forty-four years of service.

Barry loved fishing, playing golf and UK sports. He enjoyed spending time on the farm and hunting.

Besides his wife, Mary Lawson of Campbellsville, Barry is survived by one son and one daughter: McKenzie Lawson of Summersville and Phillip Lawson of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; one granddaughter, Millie Richardson of Summersville; his mother, Glenda Lawson of Campbellsville; three brothers and one sister: Steve Lawson and wife, Debbie and Roger Lawson and wife, Cindy of Campbellsville, Robin Lawson and wife, Linda of LaGrange and Sheree Priddy and husband, Wesley of Elizabethtown; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
