Larry Hunt

Larry Hunt of Campbellsville, son of the late Walter E. Hunt and Winnie Eltis Hunt Hunt, was born December 20, 1944 in Marion County, Kentucky. He died at 4:54 A.M., Saturday, July 11, 2026 in Lebanon. Age: 81

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Washington Baptist Church.

Larry was a retired Logger and enjoyed farming and feeding his pet deer.

He united in marriage to Charlotte Hunt December 4, 1970 and she preceded him in death November 29, 2015.

Larry is survived by one daughter and one son: Kristie Mattingly and husband, Ryan of Campbellsville, and Josh Hunt and wife, Nora of Lebanon; five grandchildren: Olivia Mattingly, Evelyn Mattingly, Emma Hunt, Amelia Hunt, and Aria Hunt; two sisters: Delean Davis of Campbellsville, and Carol Miller of Lebanon; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Maxine Sullivan.
