Patty Phillips

Patty Phillips of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Hazel Bottoms Beasley and Pete and Rita Nelson, her aunt and uncle who raised her, was born January 18, 1959 in Jefferson County, Kentucky. She died at 4:22 P.M., Wednesday, September 16, 2026 in Campbellsville. Age: 67

She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.

Patty was a retired employee with Modern Care in Campbellsville.

Patty, who was affectionately known as “Grammy” to her grandkids, loved people and had so many friends. Patty also loved animals, social media and playing games on her phone.

Patty is survived by one daughter, Jessi Phillips of Nashville, Tennessee; two grandchildren: Sophie Glapion and Kellan Glapion of Nashville, Tennessee; two sisters and one brother: Linda Skaggs and husband, Russ and Missy Chelf and husband, Doug of Campbellsville and Greg Nelson and wife, Lisa of Lexington; one sister-in-law, June Beasley of Paris, Tennessee; her fur baby, Apple; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy Beasley and a nephew, Clay Nelson.
