Robert “Blue” Harris of Campbellsville, son of the late Milburn R. Harris and Ermin Whitlock Harris, was born July 14, 1941in Illinois. He died at 8:55 A.M., Sunday, May 16, 2021 in Campbellsville. Age: 79 He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Blue was a retired maintenance employee for the City of Campbellsville. He united in marriage to Opal Curry October 28, 1958. Blue enjoyed being outdoors, whether it be for work or fun. Besides his wife, Opal Harris, of Campbellsville, Blue is survived by two sons and two daughters: Garry Harris and wife, Carolyn, Malinda Redman and husband, David, Tommy Sebastion and Shelby Sebastion of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Garry Robert Harris of Bowling Green, Megan Olivia Harris, Aaron Christopher Harris and Amanda Martin of Campbellsville; three great-grandchildren: Jordan Gabehart and Hunter Gabehart of Campbellsville and Connor Harris of Bowling Green; four brothers and one sister: Seibert Harris, Spot Harris and Melvin “Dick” Harris of Campbellsville, George Ray Harris of Clinton, Illinois and Annette Sharp of Scottsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
