Betty Blevins Young, daughter of the late Ray E. Blevins and Sibyl Graham Blevins, was born August 18, 1938 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 7:33 A.M., Friday, February 7, 2020 in Campbellsville. Age: 81She professed faith in Jesus Christ and was a lifelong member of Good Hope Baptist Church. Betty was a former owner of Annetta’s Flowers and also spent many years working as a secretary and bookkeeper for the Taylor County School System. She united in marriage to Murrell C. Young August 24, 1957. Besides her husband, Murrell C. Young of Campbellsville, she is survived by two sons: Dr. Todd Young and wife, Beth of Lancaster, Ohio and Troy Young and wife, Shelly of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: Donald Young, Emily Young, Eli Young, Henry Young, Alyssa Eastridge and husband, John and Weston Young; one brother-in-law, Larry Newcomb of Campbellsville; one niece, Lisa Jo Wiseman and husband, Herb and many other relatives and friends.
