Juanita Moss

Juanita Moss of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Henry Thomas Morris and Ruby Ethel Johnson Morris, was born June 9, 1936 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 12:50 P.M., Sunday, August 28, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 86 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church which she loved. Juanita also attended Early’s Chapel United Methodist Church and Salem Baptist Church with her family. Juanita was a retired employee of Campbellsville Laundry and also helped her husband, Read, work on their farm. She was a very caring person, who was always willing to help; never failing to do something special for people in their time of loss. She united in marriage to Thomas Read Moss December 24, 1967 and he preceded her in death January 11, 2004. Juanita loved her family and is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Trent Walters; two grandchildren: Autumn Walters and Tristan Walters; one brother, Dennis Morris and wife, Frances; one sister-in-law, Mary Frances Morris, all of Campbellsville; two nephews: John Morris and wife, Tina of Simpsonville and David Morris and wife, Michelle of Danville; several cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews and many other relatives and friends.
