Rosie Brady Roberts

July 21, 1940 — October 1, 2021

Rosie Brady Roberts of Campbellsville, departed life on Friday October 1, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family at the age of 81. Rosie was the daughter of the late Spencer Brady and Leota Buckman Brady and was born July 21, 1940 in Marion County, Kentucky. Rosie's infectious smile and quiet demeanor had a way of lighting up a room. Her sincere concern and love for others always shined through. Rosie had a special way of finding the best of every situation and bringing a peaceful presence wherever she went. She professed her faith in Christ and was a loyal member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church since the 1960's. Rosie took great pride in raising her three beautiful children, but also impacted so many young lives in the community over the years. For several years she kept children in the home before she was a Teacher's Assistant at Campbellsville Elementary. While spending time with family and friends she loved playing cards and bowling, but most importantly loved that time to make memories. She united in marriage with Neil Roberts Jr., September 26, 1964. He preceded her in death February 4, 2007. Rosie is survived by two children: Brian Roberts and wife, Melissa of Wilson North Carolina and Debbie Roberts of Campbellsville; one grandchild, Sabrina Roberts of Wilson, North Carolina; three brothers and three sisters: B.J. Brady and Jamie Brady of Campbellsville, Donnie Brady of Louisville, Carolyn Hardesty and Kathy Brady of Lebanon, and Joyce Keeling of Louisville; many nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
