Sara Blevins Curry of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late William Lyle Blevins and Nelle Pryse Blevins was born on October 2, 1946 in Campbellsville, KY. She died on the morning of February 5, 2022 in Bellevue Washington at 75 years of age. She professed her faith in Christ and was a lifelong member of Campbellsville Baptist Church and a frequent visitor at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Sara grew up in Campbellsville and loved her hometown and Campbellsville University where she took tremendous joy in being part of growing the community. She was a retired owner of multiple beloved community restaurants including, The Cumberland House Family Restaurant where throughout the 80’s and 90’s families shared many meals and special moments with Sara. She was the former Chair of the Advancement Board at Campbellsville University and took great pride in being an alumnus. Sara is survived by her daughter, Leigh Anne Clark, husband, David, and two grandchildren, Hudson and Gavin Clark of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
