Willard Lindsey Wise of Campbellsville, son of the late Ira E. Wise and Sarah Frances Phillips Wise, was born October 26, 1922, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 8:38 P.M., Sunday, September 11, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 99 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. Willard had worked with the Bill Glass Prison Ministry and had gone on a Baptist Mission Trip to Russia and Guatamala. Willard was a retired finish carpenter and still worked on his farm. He had built his own house with his wife, Delma and even cutting their own timber to build it with. They were members of the Christian Motorcycle Club and had ridden motorcycles in forty-eight states. He united in marriage to Delma Goodin October 16, 1945. Besides his wife, Delma Wise of Campbellsville, he is survived by two sons and one daughter: Willard Wise and wife, Angie, Winfrey Wise and wife, Kathie and Leoda Watson and husband, Roger of Campbellsville; seven grandchildren: Leanne Wise-Sutton, Melody Burress, David Wise, Joshua Watson, Benjamin Watson, Troy Watson and Bryan Watson, all of Campbellsville; two step-grandchildren: Daron Vaughn of Campbellsville and Phillip Harmon of Villa Hills; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Gladys Roberts of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Willard was also preceded in death by two grandchildren: Angela Gail Wise and Bonnie Jean Wise and two brothers and two sisters: Willie Wise, Valus Wise, Mary Jane Wise and Mary Bernice Wise. ______________ VISITATION: 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home FUNERAL SERVICE: 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
